Father: Of course. What do you want to discuss?
Rafi: Abbu, I am worried about my future career.
Father: That is a good thought. You should decide carefully.
Rafi: I like science very much. I also enjoy solving problems.
Father: That is a good sign. Science students can choose many careers.
Rafi: Some of my friends want to be doctors. Some want to be engineers.
Father: Both are good professions. But you must see your own interest and ability.
Rafi: I want to do something creative and helpful for people.
Father: In that case, you may think about engineering, medicine, or even teaching.
Rafi: Teaching also? I never thought about that.

রাফি: আসসালামু আলাইকুম, আব্বু।
আব্বু (মিস্টার করিম): ওয়াআলাইকুম আসসালাম, রাফি। কেমন আছো?
রাফি: আমি ভালো আছি, আব্বু। আমি কি কিছুক্ষণ কথা বলতে পারি?
আব্বু: অবশ্যই পারো। কী নিয়ে কথা বলতে চাও?
রাফি: আব্বু, আমি ভবিষ্যতের পেশা নিয়ে চিন্তিত।
আব্বু: খুব ভালো কথা। পেশা বেছে নিতে সবসময় ভেবে সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হয়।
রাফি: আমি বিজ্ঞানের বিষয়গুলো খুব পছন্দ করি। সমস্যা সমাধান করতেও ভালো লাগে।
আব্বু: এটা ভালো লক্ষণ। বিজ্ঞান পড়লে অনেক ধরনের পেশা বেছে নেওয়া যায়।
রাফি: আমার কিছু বন্ধু ডাক্তার হতে চায়। কেউ আবার ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হতে চায়।
আব্বু: দুটোই ভালো পেশা। তবে নিজের আগ্রহ আর যোগ্যতাই আসল।
রাফি: আমি এমন কিছু করতে চাই, যাতে মানুষের উপকার হয়।
আব্বু: সেক্ষেত্রে ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, মেডিসিন বা শিক্ষকতা—সবই ভালো হতে পারে।
রাফি: শিক্ষকতা? এটা তো ভাবিনি আগে।
আব্বু: হ্যাঁ। একজন ভালো শিক্ষক জাতি গড়ে তোলে। এটিও মহৎ পেশা।
রাফি: কিন্তু আব্বু, মানুষ বলে চাকরি পাওয়া খুব কঠিন।
আব্বু: ঠিক বলেছে। তবে ভালো করে পড়াশোনা করলে আর দক্ষতা অর্জন করলে সফল হওয়া যায়।
রাফি: কোন ধরনের দক্ষতা, আব্বু?
আব্বু: যেমন কম্পিউটার জ্ঞান, যোগাযোগের ক্ষমতা, আর সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা।
রাফি: বুঝলাম। মানে শুধু বই পড়া নয়, স্কিলও শিখতে হবে।
আব্বু: একদম ঠিক। পেশা শুধু টাকা আয়ের জন্য নয়। এটি সেবা আর তৃপ্তিরও ব্যাপার।
রাফি: ধন্যবাদ আব্বু। আপনি আমার চোখ খুলে দিলেন।
আব্বু: আমি সবসময় তোমার পাশে আছি, রাফি। বুদ্ধিমানের মতো বেছে নাও আর মন দিয়ে পরিশ্রম করো।
